Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) and the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) are building a strong positive image for workforce education in America. The partnership allows both FBLA-PBL and NTHS to support and promote the programs and missions of the other, and more so, strive to provide the highest quality recognition for outstanding students in career, technical, and business education.

Your FBLA-PBL National Officer Teams encourage you to look into earning membership into the National Technical Honor Society. Since 1984, the National Technical Honor Society has been one of the leaders in the recognition of student achievement in career and technical education. Over 2,000 schools and colleges across the globe are affiliated with NTHS, and thousands of FBLA-PBL members are also NTHS members.

NTHS promotes strong values—honesty, responsibility, initiative, teamwork, leadership, citizenship, and scholarship. FBLA-PBL and NTHS also help schools build effective business partnerships and encourage students to reach higher levels of achievement.
