Click on "Log in" at the top of the page and enter the advisor username which is the school's NTHS chapter account number with the letter 'S' and the number 'zero' before the 4-digit account number. Use the Forgot Password function if you do not know your password. It will be immediately sent to the primary advisor's email as long as we have the accurate address on file.
Effective August 1, 2016, the one-time membership fee is $30. Included will be a custom certificate, custom black tri-fold portfolio, member ID card, member pin, diploma seal, window decal, white graduation tassel with the NTHS drop, and access to print general letter of recommendation with current date.
Other benefits include three custom letters of recommendation, access to the Online Career Center, and eligibility to apply for scholarships!
You may enter names without going through the checkout cart. Simply return to the same place to add more members, complete any previous missing information, and check out through the shopping cart.
We do not charge ground shipping for memberships; however a flat $10.00 processing charge will be implemented on all membership orders. This fee is per invoice, not per member. We encourage you to complete your registration process for as many members as possible at one time. You may enter names at intervals and then process all at once. If you would like your shipment sent air, additional charges will be applied.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, depending on the total amount of your order. If expedited shipping is requested, charges will be applied at final checkout.
Please allow about a two week turnaround from the date your order is placed online to the actual ceremony. We will ship well within that time frame, allowing for you to prepare the materials. When you choose the Date Needed at checkout, enter the date you need the order delivered by, allowing processing and transit times.
NTHS student member Letters of Recommendation will be mailed directly to a potential employer, an admissions registrar or a scholarship committee.
NTHS Premium Alumni members may request three letters of recommendation during their one year membership, and with each year’s renewal of membership.
Members will need to click on login and enter their NTHS member ID & password. This will bring up a menu to the left where they can apply for Jon H. Poteat Scholarships, request letters of recommendation, update their contact information, and access the Online Career Center.
To apply for scholarships with our CTSO partners, click on the "Scholarships" Tab under the "Member Resources" menu bar, scroll down to view each CTSO, and click on their link. Each organization oversees these scholarships and the applications can be found on their respective websites.
As soon as your induction and ceremonial materials arrive, please open immediately to be sure you have accurately received all requested items. You may format your own significant ceremony or log into the secure advisor help desk and check out the sample induction script and ceremony tips.
Keep the applications, both student and honorary, on hand for your records. We will have all information in your account database once you’ve completed the online registration.
A NTHS Student Member is a student currently enrolled in school who has been nominated to be inducted into NTHS. A NTHS Honorary Member is an individual or organization in your community or at your school who has been instrumental in supporting your NTHS members.
When logged into the secure advisor section to submit orders through the online shopping cart, the payment option choices include purchase order or credit card. If you will be paying with a school check, please choose Purchase Order and enter N/A or the word "check" in the next required field. We will mail an invoice to your A/P Dept. with Net 30 Terms to remit payment. NTHS no longer accepts personal checks. We do accept money orders, school checks, Master Card, Visa & Amex for payment.
Finance charges of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due balances. Statements of Account are mailed or emailed once a month. If you have bookkeeping questions, please contact our accounting department.
